Q: How long have you been in the Motor Trade?

A: We have been in the Motor Trade for over 50 years! Our journey began as mechanics, and over time, we expanded into various aspects of Used Car Sales and aftersales service. Approximately 12 years ago, we ventured into the Wheelchair Accessible market.

Q: Where do you source your vehicles from?

A: The majority of our stock is directly purchased from Motability. However, we also selectively buy vehicles from private individuals.

Q: Do you accept part exchange?

A: Yes, absolutely. We accept all types of vehicles, whether adapted or not, as part exchange.

Q: Do you offer your vehicles through the Motability Scheme?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer our vehicles through the Motability Scheme. All our vehicles have previously been on the scheme from new. However, we do provide a VAT Relief discount on all our vehicles, which can save you a substantial amount off the screen price. This discount is offered by HMRC and is available to anyone purchasing a vehicle for the private and domestic use of a wheelchair user or on their behalf. Q: Do your vehicles come with a Warranty?

A: Yes, all our vehicles are sold with a 12-month RAC Warranty. Additionally, they come with an independent 12-month MOT, 12 months of free RAC Breakdown cover, a full PDI check, and a comprehensive vehicle diagnostics report.

Q: Do customers need to make an appointment?

A: While it’s not mandatory, we encourage customers to book an appointment in advance. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm. By scheduling an appointment, we can dedicate our time to each person, ensuring we show them all the suitable options for their requirements. It also allows us the opportunity to demonstrate how everything works, from ramps to winches and securing a wheelchair user safely in the vehicle. We understand that every wheelchair user has unique needs and requirements, so taking the time to ensure the vehicle is the right fit is important to us.
