    What does your Extended Warranty for mobility equipment cover?

    A.

    Extended Warranty covers the cost of repairs (including call out, labour, and parts fitted) following a mechanical or electrical breakdown. If your product is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, your extended warranty from Fish will start on the date the manufacturer’s warranty expires.

    What does your mobility equipment insurance cover?

    A.

    You are covered for the cost of repairs or a replacement product following an accident or theft.

    Does your Equipment Warranty cover me if my stair lift breaks down?

    A.

    Yes, our mobility equipment warranty covers you for the electrical or mechanical breakdown of your stair lift. The policy also covers any repairs, including call out fees, labour, and parts.

    Does your mobility equipment Extended Warranty cover used products too?

    A.

    Yes. If your product is used or reconditioned, you can still apply for Extended Warranty from Fish.

    Why is it more expensive to buy Extended Warranty on a stair lift with a curved rail?

    A.

    This is simply because curved rail stair lifts are more complicated and expensive to fix than straight rail stair lifts.

    We offer insurance and extended warranty for stair lifts, rise and recline chairs, beds, hoists and bath lifts. We can also offer tailored quotes for equipment not stated here – just give us a call on 0333 331 3900.
