What our insurance means to you

If you’re an employer

If you’re employing a carer or personal assistant through direct payments, individual budgets or personal funds, it is a legal requirement for you to have Employers’ Liability Insurance in place.

This protects you in case the person that you’ve employed is injured or ill while they are working for you and they seek compensation against you.

If you’re a carer

Our Carer and Personal Assistant (PA) Insurance helps protect self-employed carers in areas such as Public Liability Insurance and personal accident cover.

This includes, but is not limited to: legal costs and expenses; accidental bodily injury.
